What is GullyBuy?


GullyBuy is a mobile app for buying daily essentials, groceries, and stationery, etc. from local neighbourhood stores. You can pay online or by cash, after delivery or pickup.




Why should I make purchases using the GullyBuy app?


Firstly, GullyBuy is simple to use. It just like your shopping today - prepare your list and send it to the required store. You can do this at your convenient time and place, from your home/office or during commute. You need not go personally to the store. Of course, you can also opt for a pickup in case that’s more convenient. Payment can be made online or by cash when the items are delivered. Plus lot more as you get familiar with the app.




Who can sell on GullyBuy?


All retailers, be it shops or home businesses or cart vendors, can become a seller on our platform.

How do I place an order in the GullyBuy app?


Placing an order through GullyBuy is as simple as what you do today - make a list and hand it over to your kiranawala. The difference being that you can do it from anywhere at any time. Just type or record the items that you want to purchase and send!




Which store will deliver my order?


When ordering you can choose a Preferred shop or let the GullyBuy app select a store for you based on ratings and ability to fulfil the order.




When will I get my orders delivered?


For every new order, you can select a preferred time of delivery or pickup. The kirana store will either confirm or provide the earliest feasible delivery time when accepting the order.

How do I make payments?


You can pay online on the GullyBuy app or pay cash directly to the store or delivery boy.
